The warm September air enveloped Medellín when, from 19 to 21 September 2024, the city opened its doors to the long-awaited La Feria de Diseño of Medellín powered by imm cologne. Among the most vibrant and eagerly awaited proposals, the Vondom stand, organised by “Mesas y Sillas”, stood out as a beacon of creativity and avant-garde.

On entering the Vondom space, visitors were greeted by an atmosphere that perfectly combined modernity and warmth. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, the stand offered a journey where nature and design met in harmony, creating a unique sensory experience.
Luna and Milos collections
Among the novelties presented, the Luna and Milos collections captured all eyes. Luna, with its soft lines and organic curves, evokes a sense of serenity and balance. Milos, which won the prestigious Red Dot 2024 award, celebrates minimalism and comfort. Both sets are presented in elegant neutral tones.
New Gatsby sun lounger
Vondom also premiered its new Gatsby sun lounger, designed by Ramón Esteve. This piece, exhibited for the first time at a trade fair, combines elegance and functionality, offering a unique experience to enjoy the outdoors.

In addition to the collections for the general public, Vondom presented products aimed at the hospitality sector, such as the comfortable Africa lounge chairs. As well as part of the Ibiza and Spritz collections. A specially designed shelf displayed chairs as works of art, reflecting the brand’s artistic approach and commitment to quality and design.
Ramón Esteve and his vision of design
Renowned designer Ramón Esteve was one of the fair’s guests of honour. On 19 September, he gave an inspiring lecture entitled ‘Design as a sensorial experience. From the city to the object’. In his presentation, Esteve explored an experiential vision of design, unified by architecture and encompassing all scales, from urban projects to the design of objects.
